The freight forwarding process

A typical international freight forwarding process involves several key stages:

  1. Export haulage: Windovelogistics arranges for the goods to be collected from the manufacturer or supplier and moved to a warehouse or port.
  2. Export customs clearance: Windovelogistics  prepares and submits all necessary export documentation to customs officials in the country of origin.
  3. In-transit: Our goods are physically transported to the destination all metro Cities, with the forwarder monitoring their progress.
  4. Import customs clearance: Upon arrival, the forwarder or their local agent manages the clearance process, including paying any duties or taxes.
  5. Destination handling and delivery: Once cleared, the goods are transported to the final destination, where a proof of delivery is obtained.
